To monitor the progress of PERCH and assess its results, WP3 developed the Evaluation Plan. It includes the logical frameworks used to guide the evaluation strategy, the methodology used by WP3 to select the evaluation indicators and targets in agreement with Work Package Leaders and the PERCH coordinator and the methodology for data collection and analysis. WP3 will lead the evaluation of PERCH with the contribution from all countries participating in PERCH, necessary to ensure a complete and useful evaluation.
